POSITION: Research Associates: Research and create seismic data processing algorithms relevant to petroleum exploration using company’s SeisUP Packages; Program seismic data processing algorithms into company’s proprietary software system; Conducts multi-component code programming and algorithms implementation using Fortran, C, MatLab, SciLab; Develop and implement numerical studies in other related fields such as (visco)elastic modeling and simulation, seismic acquisition. M.S. in Computer Science, Physics or related engineering plus 1-year experience in carrying the above duties, or 1-year experience in research and code programming for seismic processing applications.
