Technology
GeoCenter has been in existence for over 24 years. We began as a seismic data processing center and it soon became evident that control over the processing software would have major benefits not only to the company but also to our clients. In this spirt, SeisUP was created. The processing staff and SeisUP developers occupy the same facility. Because of this close interaction, real processing and client needs tend to drive software development and ensure that software tools keep pace with processing requirements.

The intimate relationship between processors and SeisUP developers is a major factor in both service and technology. Adjustments and minor enhancements to the software can be implemented almost immediately. The processors and clients have ready access to the latest tools and algorithms developed for SeisUP. Available processing algorithms include most methods currently available in the industry. For more information about SeisUP go here.

Hardware Resources
GeoCenter is continuously upgrading its hardware to expand processing capability. Additionally, our electrical, communications, and storage infrastructure has been improved to provide a higher level of system reliability and availability. Investment in hardware will ensure that GeoCenter has the resources needed to complete processing projects in an efficient and timely manner. Funds are always available for additional hardware upgrades as the market warrants. The following is an abridged list of our hardware resources, detailing our processing and development systems.
