GeoCenter has been in existence for over 24 years. We began as a seismic data processing center but soon it became evident that control over the processing software would have major benefits not only to the company but also to our clients. In this spirt, SeisUP was created. The processing staff and SeisUP developers occupy the same facility. Because of this close interaction, real processing/client needs tend to drive software development and ensure that software tools keep pace with processing requirements.
The intimate relationship between processors and SeisUP developers is a major factor in both service and technology. Adjustments and minor enhancements to the software can be implemented almost immediately. The processors/clients have ready access to the latest tools and algorithms developed for SeisUP. Available processing algorithms include most methods currently available in the industry. For more information about SeisUP go here.
