Our support group at GeoCenter, Inc. is always ready to help. We offer training classes on the use of SeisUP from the intermediate levels to advanced levels of processing. If you have information that you would like to share with us, please forward via E-mail: support@geocenter.com. If you prefer to speak to someone directly call our main office and ask for our support group.
Help Documentation
Our online help documentation is a great place to start if you need information about SeisUP, its modules, flow editor, matrix editor, or one of its many other applications. These documents have been updated for SeisUP 2007, and SeisUP 2004.
Bug Tracking
	Here at GeoCenter, Inc. we use FogBuz, a sophisticated bug tracking software package. We encourage users to submit an online bug report should they encounter an error while using our software. This is a great way for our software developers to receive detailed information about a problem, with which we can then use to move forward to improve our product
